新経営体制発足のお知らせ

株式会社フラットヘッド・ネクスト（本社：長野県千曲市、以下「FHN」）は、本日開催の定時株主総会において、以下の通り新経営体制を発足することを決定いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。
当社は2020年2月の発足以来、親会社シリウスパートナーズ株式会社の支援のもと、ブランド「THE FLAT HEAD」の経営再建に取り組んでまいりました。皆さまの大きなご支援の下、ようやく再建に一定の目処を得ることができ、このたび次世代の経営体制へとバトンを渡す運びとなりました。
今後とも皆さまのご指導とご愛顧を賜りますよう、お願い申し上げます。

新任役員略歴
代表取締役 岸野 雄一郎（きしの ゆういちろう）
1981年生まれ。2004年東海大学教養学部芸術学科卒業後、東京スバル株式会社にて営業職を経験。2006年より株式会社信越総合サービス（後の株式会社グローバルユニット、 THE FLAT HEADを運営）にて店舗運営に従事。2020年にFHN入社後は直営店統括を経て卸営業統括などフィールドセールス全般を担い、販売現場を熟知した経営者として代表取締役に就任。
管理担当取締役 大田 勇多（おおた ゆうた）
1975年生まれ。1999年法政大学社会学部卒業後、広告制作会社および出版社にて営業・広報業務を経験。2008年より株式会社信越総合サービスにて広報、人事、イベント企画を幅広く担当。2020年にFHN入社後は管理部長として経理・人事労務・広報を統括し、組織運営を牽引。このたび管理担当取締役に就任。
取締役（非常勤） 高畠 康之（たかばたけ やすゆき）
1976年生まれ。1999年大阪大学法学部卒業後、三菱商事株式会社にて鉄鋼製品・金属資源分野の投融資、事業経営を担当。2019年レッドマジックグループ参画、シリウスパートナーズ株式会社を設立し非上場企業投資を統括。2020年よりFHN代表取締役として「THE FLAT HEAD」の経営再建を主導。今後は社外取締役として新経営陣を支援。

Announcement of New Management Structure
Flat Head Next Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture; hereinafter “FHN”)
hereby announces that, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held today, the
following new management structure has been approved.
Since its establishment in February 2020, the Company has been engaged in rebuilding the
operations of the brand THE FLAT HEAD with the support of its parent company, Sirius
Partners Inc. Having achieved significant progress in this effort, we are now pleased to hand
over leadership to the next generation of management.

Profiles of Newly Appointed Directors
Representative Director – Yuichiro Kishino
Born in 1981. Graduated from Tokai University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Arts in
March 2004. Joined Tokyo Subaru Co., Ltd. in April 2004, engaging in automobile sales. In
May 2006, joined Shinetsu Sogo Service Co., Ltd. (later renamed Global Unit Co., Ltd.,
operating the brand THE FLAT HEAD), where he was responsible for store operations.
Since January 2020, has been with FHN, overseeing direct retail operations and wholesale
sales as head of field sales. Brings extensive front-line experience to his role as
Representative Director.
Director in charge of Administration – Yuta Ota
Born in 1975. Graduated from Hosei University, Faculty of Social Sciences in March 1999.
Began his career at an advertising production company in Tokyo, later moving to a
publishing company in Nagano in 2003 where he handled advertising sales and was
involved in the launch of a regional magazine on culture, tourism, and food. In February
2008, joined Shinetsu Sogo Service Co., Ltd. (later Global Unit Co., Ltd.), where he worked
across public relations, HR, and event planning. Joined FHN in January 2020 and has since
served as General Manager of Administration, overseeing accounting, HR, and
organizational management. Appointed Director in charge of Administration in September
2025.
Director – Yasuyuki Takabatake
Born in 1976. Graduated from Osaka University, Faculty of Law in March 1999. Joined
Mitsubishi Corporation in April 1999, where he engaged in investment and business
management in the steel products and mineral resources sectors. In November 2019, joined
the Red Magic Group and established Sirius Partners Inc., managing private equity
investments. In February 2020, became Representative Director of FHN, leading the
restructuring of THE FLAT HEAD. As of September 2025, he steps down as Representative
Director and will continue to support the new management team as an Outside Director.
